About Me

I’ve been in the mental health field since 2012, and much of that work was with people in their hardest moments; severe mental illness, addiction, crisis. What I learned from sitting with people at their lowest is something I carry into every session now: nobody is “too much,” and no story is too messy to bring into the room.

These days, I’m focused on being present with people in a different way. Whether it’s the depression that’s quietly worn you down, the intrusive thoughts you’ve been white-knuckling through, or the drinking or using you’re finally ready to be honest about, my goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment and with steady, compassionate presence. Healing, to me, is deeply personal and relational. It starts with being genuinely seen and understood.

You don’t need the right words yet. I happen to think the figuring-out is half the work.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor II. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across a range of settings, including six years in opioid treatment programs, which gave me deep roots in attachment disorders and the ways they intersect with addiction and mental health. I’m a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors and currently see adolescents, adults, and seniors via telehealth throughout Georgia.
